Crab stick factory producing 7 million pieces/day

Mayekawa is known for producing the Thermo-Jack Freezer, The Impinging jets are used in addition to the conventional air blast freezing system for a straight continuous tunnel freezing system that reduces freezing (or chilling) time from 1/2 to 2/3 of the conventional time.

Compared to normal freezing or the Air Blast system.
It helps in maintaining water within the cells. And the ice crystals are small when thawing, the food will look fresh and maintain its original good taste as well.
